beach of promise

I insured a my phone Hawaii P20 for an amount for R6000. I logged a claim because my phone needed to be replaced , I am shocked that i was paid 4*** access .I was told by a consultant that i needed to by the phone at Take alot .I bought the phone at cellphone credit shop MTN .I have search for phone on take alot unable to find it .I called MTN was told the phone it was discontinued .I told the consultant i am not happy with her decision .I was told manager will look at matter but the 1760 was credited on my account .Which phone will be bought with that amount . when i covered the phone was not told this will happend .If this a problem please refund all the insurance premiums
