Be careful of FFW hard sell

My daughter took out her first car insurance policy. Shortly after she got a call from FFW the guy that sold her the policy saying he wants to talk about her policy. She apparently agreed to a value added product and next thing they deduct a further R300 of her account. They were rude and abrasive when I called they say she agreed to it end of story. They sent me the voice recording but we are unable to listen to it. So we just have to believe them. I think it was a HARD SELl on a young person who did not understand what she was signing up for. But they can keep their R300 as we have found a better option at another insurance comp. You had a client for 2 months hope it was worth it. And she hopeful learnt how to deal with sales people in future.
