Bad Treatment / non-payment of insurance by 1st For Women

On 21/10/2024 during strong winds, my boundary wall collapsed in part. As someone who is insured by !st for Women Insurance during this time, I then lodged a claim. !st For Women then sent in an assessor who made their findings and it all ended up with 1st For Women not paying for the damaged wall. According to the Assessor - Digicall Assessing Solutions - the wall was found to be 'sub standard'... and that ' ... there is no evidence of brick force and the mortar is crumbling...' cuncluding by 'I therefore propose this claim be REJECTED on regulatory grounds.'.

I wonder how many people linked to this insurance have been mistreated as I have been. I have been paying 1st For Women in good faith, and this is how they then reward 'good faith'...
