Bad services

Am receiving bad service from 1st for women, and Assess Tech I reported faulty fridge they took without my concern to check it, but when send an assessor they told me they will check the fridge at home, but I was surprised that they took it, they check it I was told the compressor was empty , but when they return the fridge it was damage, the back cover, extension Cable it's broken it wasn't like that when they took it, now they claim it was like that, Do ever be serviced by this 2 companies....Worse ever service Policy no ***...am going take this up
