Bad service, wrong goods

So we put in a claim for kitchen appliances 4 months ago, the appliances where replaced however the supplier for first for women sent a top loader washing machine instead of a front loader( are we supposed to demolish our kitchen unit) now this front loader is giving us problems and this is the 4rth week since we complained and the silence from first for women ha left a bad taste in my mouth! Someone please help!
