Bad service with no follow up
My car overheated on the way from Johannesburg to Rustenburg on Monday 1 January 2018. I called First for Woman for roadside assistance. I waited on the side of the highway for approximately 2 hours before the tow service arrived. No guardian angel came to sit with me, even though an sms was sent that one was dispatched.
I have lodged a complaint twice with First for Woman, and was told a manager will get back to me regarding this. I, however, have not received any calls regarding this.
I also want to query the amount I was charged for the extra kilometers for the tow service, however, no one seems to be able to help me with this.
I am very disappointed with the service (or lack thereof) from First for Woman and it really makes me question what am I paying for?
