Bad Service, what a surprise!

Sadly, it seems that 1st for Women has learned how to game Hello Peter... Whenever a bad review pops up, post a standard reply to make it seem like they are acting, and then magically, 4-6 new reviewers post 5-star reviews without ever posting anything else...

I have now waited 4 months for a copy of 1 of my conversations to be shared with me. What a surprise! The person could not help me on the phone and now they cannot share the transcript.

Execrable service as usual...
