Bad Service to customers

I filed a building claim and it was declined and i disputed as the process followed was not professional where the service provider asked me to send pictures to him so he can assess my claim because he is 100km away from my town. They offered R4000 payout using the same service providers false assessment and rejected and disputed. They took the matter to Telesure where i was asked to wait 15 working days and i did but no outcome till today and it been 2 weeks after the waiting period for them to resolve the matter. All i wanted is for them to send a service provider to come and do proper assessment.
