Bad service, Shoddy job

My wife was involved in an accident on the 16th of April 2017, and she is insured by First for Women. The damage of the car was fairly minimal, only the bumper, grille, and lights. Seeing that the car had scratches at the door, we decided to book it in. The car was taken to Telesure yard in Kempton Park and later after being assessed by Conrard, it was sent to Renew-it Greenstone. Eventually, we got a call that the car has been repaired. And it was fetched on Monday, 22nd of May 2017. Then, we discovered that only the front part was fixed. The scratches at the door were not fixed. The car has 2 colours, everyone can see where it was fixed. The reason why we decided to book the car in was to get a professional service, but instead it was only the shoddy job that we got. For a R5000 excess and R1500 monthly on a Polo vivo, this is a big *******, it is a raw deal. I called Jacqui for help, and she promised to come back to me and thus far she hasn't.
