BAD SERVICE - PET INSURANCE
I waited this morning for more than 30min for someone to assist me with a simple enquiry. The 3rd person just said hallo and then silence, after which I ended the call. They are absolutely clueless and the worst Client Services I have ever experienced. I am definitely cancelling and joining a more Professional Company.
