Bad service insurance left more in debt by 1st for women

I'm highly disappointed in 1st for women. Had an accident on the 16th December 2024 my car was towed by a tow truck service by the mentioned insurance. Car was taken to their assessors and after me calling them several times I got a ridiculous quote of over R1000 to repair my car and insurance stated that car is a write off. The right off amount was going to leave me at a short fall so I canceled my claim almost a month later. In January 12th I was told to fetch my car the next day before 4pm. I proceed to go to the place where my car was towed to but was told my car was at the auction. When I got to the auction my car was totally stripped no back and front lights and bumpers. Front left Tyre totally worn out and a deep scratch on my bonnet which was never there before. When my car was taken on the had of the accident had slight damage to left and right fender. Front bumper damage bottom sides of car had slight dents but nothing to the back yet I found my car totally stripped and worse than the way it was taken to their assessors. I sent pictures to the insurance and was told nothing can be done to help me. This insurance has left me more in debt as now I have to repair damages created by them as well now. I will be filing a report with thee ombudsman😡😡😡
