Bad service in a claim

This is the second review. First for women is ripping us off and their service is beyond bad. No one contacted me after submitting my review, I had to call them again to follow up. Only after I followed up I was told a recording will be obtained and sent to me to support the decision of declining my my claim. I have a cover for portable possessions and lost my jewelery and was told that a decline was due to not specifying the jewelery. I requested a recording and they obtained it and listened to it and still declined but not on the basis of specifying the jewelery now, but because I did not mention possessions to the value above R4000. I requested the recording, i was told it will be sent, but I still have not received the recording....can I have the recording sent
