Bad service from warranty department at first for women
Have been trying to contact warranty department of this insurance, they keep on giving me different numbers and you hold for more that 15 minutes until you end up dropping yet they debit my money each and every month.
What a frustrating exercise when comes to claims.
*** this is the only way to get this warranty department to call me.

19 Jan 2024, 09:32Wow, this is beyond pathetic. Since I posted this review, today is Friday and have not heard from this company and they had the audacity to say this matter is getting attention. No problem ombudsman will probably assist as I have approached their office.
