Bad service from my car insurance
I was involved in a car accident on 30 Aug 2017. I have been trying to get it back from my insurance company with no luck. I call them almost everyday using my airtime only for them to make me hold on the for 20-30min and always lie and say they will call me back and NEVER DO. i have given them all the necessary information they needed from me but still i am being treating like i don't pay them every single month.

I am writing with regards to a company called Matress and Couch in mall at Reds Centurion. On the 21st july i had purchased a carpet from them, my bank statement shows clearly that they have received the money and still refuse to give me the carpet because their machine declined when i swiped and it was their machine. My bank refuses to reverse my R2000 basically because the store already banked the money. I go there almost every weekend with no help. The owner was so rude to me today, even told me that R2000 is littlw money so i must not come annoy him with such a small amount of money. I need my R2000. Please help me i am frustrated.
