bad service from First for women

i still did not here anything from First for women, they need to pay back my money a.s.ap, i ask them to cancel my policy on the 13th December 2023, they sill deducted the premium on the 25th of December20323. talked to them on the 4 and 5th of January 2024 to repay me with interest., don't here from them and they still want to sell another policy to me, VERY BAD SERVICE!!!!!
