Bad service from first for women

I am having trouble with them. My car was ****** three weeks ago, I entered a claim for this. In the three weeks since they did not once gave me feed back, every time I phone to hear if there is any news the person working with my claim is never available. All I hear is that it is still under advi*****t. They cannot inform me how long the claim will take, whether there is any problems with the claim. Really bad service from this insurance company.
