Bad service from first for woman

I involved kn a accident on 23r september 2018 they were not help at all from day of accident i had to phon and beg myinsurance to taskw my call to process claim as agent keot cutting me off promising to call me back and dropping calls on me agent lerato droped call telling it takes long to process claim .nombuso said will call me back but didnt upk to date insurance doesnt update me with progress they are so in competent not friendly neither helpful they are dekaying my claim due 2 3rd party as if 3rd part is paying my premium or will pay my excess first for wioman service sucks i have to phone to get information and make a noise they do not have you as their clients best interest at heart i am inconvenienced due to an idiot that drove into me but my insurance showed no empathy they were not sensitive towards me as their client . I gave my statement and gave witness details as well but insurance isurance delaying cause they more interested 3rd party that bumped me worst insurance ever useless they pathetic they are not what they advertise on tv it is false advertising there is no gardian angel
