Bad Service from 1st for Women

Extremely upset with 1st for Women Insurance. I contacted them on 4/01/2023 to cancel my policy and refund the permium that was debitted from my account. They informed me that the refund would be in my account within 7 days. Today is the 20th day since speaking to them and my refund has still not been processed. This is absolutely unacceptable, this is my money and i want it. If this is the service they give to a person who is not a client, they were trying to retain me, but I'm glad i didn't give into them.
