Bad service from 1st for women

I have put in a claw with 1st for women which was approved, but they've chosen the worst panel beater on my behalf, I wasn't told the turn around time, after my car was taken to the panel beater I called to find out the turn around, I was told about 2 weeks, 2 later I was told it will take 3 months, I asked them to return the car since is in movable condition I will bring it once they have the parts, they then change the tone and tell me it will take 2 weeks, which I waited now that is the 2nd week, I'm told to wait again for another week, which I couldn't wait for, now I need my car back, 1st for women is not assisting me in getting my car back and they are the ones who selected an *********** panel beater for me
