Bad service
I am so fed up with 1st for woman. It’s not the first time this is happening to me. Every time you put in a claim you must keep calling them and begging them to assist as if u wer not paying…. My car is stuck at Mercedes Benz. I’ve been calling for 3 days in a row for them to process my claim. Now they are telling me I have to wait for Monday for someone to assess my claim. Each time I have to fight to get value for money….

I need to use my car this weekend now I’m being told I have to wait until Monday for whoever to further assess my claim. Iv been calling nonstop to be assisted. Why can’t that person assess my claim and give me feedback today. It’s only 10am…
