BAD SERVICE - **** COMPETITIONS
<p>I partook in the annual first fro women referral campaign where you refer family and friends for an obligation free quote, after every 3 who complete the quote you are supposed to receive a R1000 woolies voucher, four of my friends answered and listened to the quote, 3 of which didnt end up taking it as it was way more expensive than their current insurance, 1 of which accepted the quote. I emailed FFW after seeing that the system was not updating with my quotes and i was not receiving the voucher, A lady repsonded and gave me every excuse under the sun as to why i was not receiving the vouchers, saying the one person was a duplicate referral which was not as she was the one who actually accepted the quote and i was the only one who reffered her, the other 3 she said did not take the insurance therefore they were not counted, which is not in accordance with the rules / terms and conditions. They have now stopped responding to me and are refusing to issue my voucher. I would like to warn others about this, you rather not enter as you will end up being dissapointed. Other ladies managed to get their vouchers without a hitch, but both myself and a friend of mine are having the exact same issue, where they giving us excuses and false reasons as to why they have not issued the vouchers. I have sent numerous emails to ********** the agent has not repsonded to me since last Friday after numerous attempts.</p>
