Bad service

On the 8-10-2022 I had a break-in at my house and they stole my staff, I've from my insurance they've asked for my police statement I've send and the police investigating officer's contact details. I've asked if they could organize a trauma counselling for my kids and they only called me on the 13th since then I haven't heard anything from them and first for woman got a call from them on the 11th and 12th by the lady called Makhukho since then no one has contacted me until last night I received a message that I should send receipts of all the things I have lost.

My point is the service that I got this time from First for Woman is bad and the worse part is that I took insurance to in times of need so my trust for First for Woman is gone and to of it I've insured everything including my house and my car.

Can someone please help I really would appreciate it 🙏
