bad service ever

good day i have been with first for woman for a long time , and the last month was just bad , i have never received such bad service , (and i am in the same industry ) sending emails upon email and just no feedback , or just escuses and empty promises pipe burst took them more then 10 days to sort out and still not done , complaint again and just no feedback at all , not one call or email not sure why i am just not getting any feedback empty promises and i am a paying customer , i dont even want to speak to anyone as its just going to be empty promise ,
