Bad service ever

Please give me opportunity to advise about my experience with 1st for woman.on the 25th of November 2023 I was in an accident and my claim was rejected. I was advised that my car will be returned home on the 2nd of Jan 2024. Till today my was was been moved to places without my knowledge. Only last week when I managed to locate my vehicle I found my car with no battery, computer box , keys and more parts stripped.

Please be warmed about this insurance, it's a ****.
