BAD SERVICE

I am hyper frustrated because I can only communicate with them through cell phone. Expensive. I have a lot of problems with them. First I had query about my car that had minor accident and I had to take it to THEIR choice of panel beater. Then they had this quotation that was unacceptable. I had query but they just do not get back to me. They let phone maybe ring 3 times and then the disconnect IF they come back.

I gave a date for my debit order but that is not respected. They just take my money no worry if I had to use that money. I was without fuel one month because of that. I put in petrol and when I wanted to pay they just put the debit order early and I was without money.

Then my premium was raised by FIFTY 50 %. No response. They would phone me yesterday AGAIN. Still waiting.........
