BAD SERVICE

I have now on numerous occasions e mailed my tracker certificate to them, only to receive a sms this morning to say they have not received it, no where in this sms is an email that I can use to forward to them my 5 emails send plus read and received reports from there to proof that I comp**** with their request. NOW THEY WILL BE AMENDING MY POLICY SO THAT I HAVE TO PAY MORE, what a pity I really thought they were good seems that I will now rather go to another group who does not receive your info send then penalise you for their bad admin.
