Bad Service - Concerns ignored about repairs claim

Good Day I would like to log a complaint for something we raised with the assessor at the time of our claim We had a claim for an accident. And upon the assessor and consultant handling the claim we raised the fact that repairing one side of the suspension would give the car problems later. Our concerns were ignored and we were told that one side of the accident suspension would be repaired. We now have issues with the car's suspension and the cost will be R44k to repair because this was not done at the time of our claim.Or our claim was not handled in the proper manner. Concerns are raised for a reason and the assessor and consultant ignored our concerns which now is almost an R50k repair that needs to be done for the suspension to be repaired now. I am disgusted at the first for women service..
