Bad service by Ayanda Feti

A guy called Ayanda Feti from claims department is very passive and arrogant, I have never in my life complained about bad service but I have experienced bad service before however this guy takes cup. I have instructed my partner to cancel this policy since I am the one who is paying. He does not response to emails I had to speak to his team leader, Marcelino Snow, who responded to my email immediately.
