Bad service at its worst
I have had the worst service from ffw insurance company. Nobody seems to know the truth about my claim. From waiting well over a week to get my vehicle assessed *which has not been done even now* they don't want to release my car so that i can fix it for myself. The towing company wrecked my bumper and tyre and no one is assisting me with this. I'm being taken for a P**s in all honesty. Don't join first for women insurance, you will regret the day you trusted them with your vehicle.

As discussed with our Customer Relation Specialists, we confirm that the claim was withdrawn on your instruction. We further confirm that we have authorised our service providers to tow the vehicle back to the supp**** address and confirmation was received that the vehicle will be delivered today 22 August 2017.
