Bad service at its beag

Hello Peter, I am Nyameko Dayeni, my wife was involved in a car accident on the 10th of July 2018. I submitted the claim to First for Woman on the 11th of July 2018, since then the insurance never give me an update on my claim. I phoned them on the 16 July 2018, and only to find out then that my car is a written off. The consultant told me that Jordaan Nadio will contact me to give me more details regarding my claim, until now I am still waiting. I phoned them three times last week, and I phoned two times today with no success. Please help on this, I am very stressed because I don't know what is causing the delay as my policy with them is up to date, and the courtesy car is for 15 days and needs to be returned on the 26th of July 2018. How am I going to travel now if they keep on delaying my claim.

Thanks Nyameko Dayeni ********** 872
