Bad Service at First for Women - Scratch and Dent

Good morning I would like to write about Scratch and Dent which I took with First for Women. I have reported the claim on 26 June 2023 and the receive the message on the same day in the afternoon. However I have receive the call on Tuesday stating that photos were not visible and the photos were sent 15 after the call. I made the call to the lady confirming visibility of the photos. The lady confirmed that the photos are fine. I did not receive the feedback until I made a call on 30 June 2023 requesting feedback. I was told that the message was sent 0n 29 June 2023 requesting proof of repairs for the previous claim otherwise my claim will be rejected. I did not receive the message from First for Women. Service is very bad and I am not happy with them. I am requesting First for Women to pay back 21 minutes that I have used to call them requesting feedback and arrange the one of employee to take my car for fixing and bring it back on the same day a I was hoping that i will take this week due to the fact that I was on leave. The service is vert bad
