Bad service and repairs from first for woman insurance company

The assessor they had put to handle my claim refused to do proper repair to my vehicle by replacing damaged parts. A second opinion I consulted about the repairs pointed out that the parts need to be changed and can not be repaired due to the material and damages

Update ...... NO satisfaction, I took delivery of my vehicle today 17 April 2019, as the repairs and rework has taken much too long .... I was informed by First For Women's Assessor that they are willing to replace my bonnet, but that they will NOT replace the bumper, as according to him he does not see it necessary as the bumper was not that heavily damaged in the accident. The bumper was the most damaged in the accident. They had it repaired. The alignment between the bonnet and the bumper is not correct at all. I was informed as well that if the bonnet is replaced and it still does not align as it should, I must accept it as is as there are certain "tolerances" that needs to be taken into account for the alignment between the bonnet and the bumper and that the misalignment is due to over production of the Mercedes Benz factories. The bumper will still not be replaced as well even if it still miss-aligns. I was told to supply photos of my vehicle on the day that I bought it ..... WHY must I under any circumstances supply these photos as my vehicle was assessed by First For Women the day it was insured. There were no miss-alignments noted and no damages as well. And from when should a client supply photos on how their vehicle looked on the day they bought it? Is it not the insurer's responsibility to ensure that the repairs are done according to the manufacturers standards? I would gladly supply the photos as requested together with the current photos of my vehicle after they TRIED to repair and not replace the damaged parts. I told the Assessor that even if they replaced all the damaged parts and that if it still did not align as it should, it still is not my problem - I want my vehicle back looking like the way it was on the day that I bought it. After two attempts to repair my vehicle and after a disagreement with First For Women's Assessor, I told them I am taking my vehicle as is, as I am FED UP arguing regarding on how my vehicle looked before the accident - I am left to have my vehicle be repaired to the standard required OUT OF MY OWN POCKET. The front distance control censors are still malfunctioning and did they still not supply a copy of the diagnostics done on the vehicle to ensure that there is no problem. I was just told it was done which apparently does not look like it. Unfortunately I cannot post pictures of the repairs done before and after, as well as the photos of my vehicle on the day that I bought it.
