bad service, and reap-off's!!!

i had an accident on 17 Sep 15, ironically my cover started on 17 Sep 2014. A truck rear-ended me. I obviously called FFW on the spot & notified them of the incident. From that day on it was my problem to call for feedback, to this day i was never called or emailed regarding my claim. Upon my call, i was told that my car had been written off. i had to get their assessors a copy of the Accident report, had to call Wesbank to tell them about the written off car, they had no idea.I had to also get them a Settlement letter, they queried my 2 year claim free years (wonder why), luckily i had been with Miway for 18 months before FFW, i got them proof of that as well, mind you all these 'needed documents' i am told about when i call and given as a reason why my claim is not moving.

Big one: my debits go off on the 25th of each month. On 25/08/2015 a higher premium was debited, when i called, i spoke to Sechaba,he said because it was the anniversary of the contract. i understood & requested we move the cover from Retail to Market value. this was yet to kick off in October. FFW insists on paying the market value instead of the Retail for the accident that happened in September.

reap-offs!
