BAD SERVICE AND EMPTY PROMISES

I am honestly not happy FIRST FOR WOMEN VAP.

They keep on debating my account after I’ve told them countless times to cancel. Their amounts debit changes each and every month and when I can to cancel they always force me to stay. They just debited me R235 now.

Please cancel the policy and stop debiting me, I am not happy with your service. You debited me for a car that I was nolonger owning and I cancelled for it but you kept on debiting and promise a refund and it’s been a year now waiting for the refund.
