Bad service and empty promises

I had a car accident on the 9th March 2022 and 1st for woman has been giving me the around. My car is at the body shop Pro line (renewit) and I have called them and asked them when will I get my car and they said they can't tell me as they are still waiting or the 2nd quote to be approved. the quote was submitted to 1st for woman on the 18th and still it has not been approved. on the day of the accident I was left on the highway stranded and I couldn't get home and I called them and asked if can they arrange for someone to pick me up at renew it where my car would be sent to they said yes. I waited from 8h30 until 10h00 and no one showed up and I had to make other means. I was the 1 that kept on calling them. up until today they haven't approved the 2nd quote and I am now the one that has to call the assessor directly and he is not picking up my calls. they are selling me something that they are not having. the courtesy car I was told to go pick it up in Pinetown DBN with an sms no call and I stay in Vaal, I complained only after a week I got a call from the car hire to arrange for me a place to pick up. FFW is disappointing me
