Bad service and client support
No callbacks, no keeping promises If they say they will call on a specific day, dont wait for it because chances are it won't happen. They string you along, and every time you call, you get told another story. Never the same thing, every consultant has a new thing. Ask for the recordings that they say are available to you. You will wait and wait and no feedback on that.
