BAD SERVICE AND A *******
I Insured my cellphone to the value of R 6000, a premium has been deducted every month to cover me on this value, now that I have to claim I have been advised that the terms and conditions of the policy states that they will to get me back to the same financial position that I was in, so tell me how do you get me back to the same financial position , when you are going to replace the phone to the value of R 3159.50 plus I must pay in R 1250.00 for access and I have now been told that the handset depreciates, so WHY have you been deducting the same premium every month, when I insured the phone the replacement value from the service provider was R 6000.00 <br> <br> YOU ARE A ******* FIRST FOR WOMAN <br> <br> I am so disappointed in you, after all the years that I have been with you, I am going to look for another Service Provider
