Bad service always

Ive been with first for women for almost 2years now and whenever i need them they always taking their own time to get back to me or when they call its just once and then they email and when i email back and schedule a time to call me back they dont especially the assisting person called puseletso and now my mtn bill is r4700 for a data contract that i never agreed to and yet my own lawyers cant even assist me.very bad service.i feel like i should cancel this policy and move to clientele legal
