Bad service

My wife's car was hijacked. After it was recovered by Netstar fist for woman refused first to tow the car from the police impound to our house. The value add also declined our claim to fix the bumper that was scretced saying because the car was hijacked. We requested that they send an email explaining the reason why they declined our claim it has been 2 weekss they still haven't contacted us there's no communications whatsoever.
