BAD SERVICE!!!

Please do not take insurance with First for Women. I insured my car with them in July 2019. I then made my way to Glasfit to do the inspection which was done and sent to first for women. I went onto their website this morning and it was requesting me for an inspection certificate. To my dismay, I called FFW and they advised that they could see it on their system but that the website has not been updated. FFW then proceeded to tell me they cant send me proof that I have submitted. I then later got a call from another FFW consultant who advised that they have a certificate but for my old vehicle. Clearly FFW does not know what they have on their system and it is concerning as I thought my vehicle was fully insured. I will be changing insurance company ASAP!
