Bad service

I requested for a jumpstart, they sent a guy from firathelp who was so weid he didnt even great or introduced himself to me who just came in and ordered me to open my bonnet, I did he came with jumper cables.. What happened to jumper pack? When he was done he just packed his cables and left, I didnt sign anything he just left without saying a word, that whole incident was weid and scary I felt so unsafe coz I didnt underatand what was happening and no one from the call centre made a follow up.
