Bad service

What a bad service When I submitted a claim I thought First for women was the best insurance but my car is still with the panelbeaters for two months. I always call them but I cannot get through to the assessor they promise to callback but dololo. The panelbeater cannot find the parts for two full months. You call and wait on the line forever till you decide to drop or runout of airtime. Insurance have increased but the car not operational
