Bad service

Not happy with the service from 1st for women you guys refuse to cancel my aunt’s insurance since December we have been calling and you keep on saying you will call us back but it’s all big lies , we called again later in December and we were told the policy is cancelled. However today money was deducted today on her account . we called in again a guy name pavar said he can’t assist us and won’t even help us and dropped the call . Called again a lady named Millicent Maatjie said she won’t help us if it’s a conference call she will call the client and dropped the call on us that’s very rude and unprofessional. My aunt has not been called even now i regret referring her to this company, don’t if you guys are taking advantage because she’s old and knows nothing about insurance. Your staff are really ruining the company reputation they need further training on how to deal with clients.
