Bad service
Morning My name is Shirley Mapea,
First for woman manage to send an asseser last week after taking my matter here at Hellopeter, and Tania is the lady that is helping me with my policy claim she told me that she will make sure that everything will be done within 5 to 10 working days so I'm still waiting this will be the fifth week without my house contents and it is so frustrating to relay on insurance😡.
For all insurance company don't promise us that we should relax you got us covered yes with a car accident and ****** cars you act quickly so that is what I was expecting for my house contents.

01 Nov 2022, 16:47Honestly I've expected that First for Woman can let me down at the time I needed them most, I don't even think I will still continue to be part of them anymore.
All the Items that I have lost I will buy them out of my own pocket, an insurance that I trusted with my contents so out of everything that I have lost that cost me R52K Tania told me that they will settle with only R11967.18 and deducted R12928.82 what a day light reap off because I don't have receipts from 2018 and 2019 I only have photos of my contents if I knew that First for Woman is not the insurance that they claimed to be I would have not joined them at all from. They not what they say they are and on my contract it states that all the contents access fee is 2500 but they deducted R12928.18 that I don't even know. At this poiting time after I buy all the items that they've stole from my house I will have to look for another Insurance company that won't lie or sell lies First for Woman is not 💯 good insurance. And I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
