bad service

I always read and listen to people that telesure on behalf of first for woman are nonses, and have bad services i discoverd myself today, i submitted a claim for my rim and tyre yesterday from newcastle Tiger wheel and Tyres and email was sent to *** and *** and cc myself and today of the insurance consultant call me and want me to sent quotation and photos and i told her that i receive the email was sent by tiger wheels and tyres and she told that for the tyres i have to pay excees fee of used treats, and when they selling us the cover they only telling us the good thing of the cover not the consequenses and now i have to wait for two weeks for a claim to be finalize while my work has to be wait and i told them when i took the cover that i am using the vehicle for business. now i am about to cancel this cover because its no use that i have to pay for the tyres.
