Bad service

Run a around insurance. Very bad service highly not recommend especially for woman, my house got broken into and my car keys were taken along with my other belongs. Logged a claim on Monday and days later still nothing, I have to keep running around for them as if I am not paying every month and beg them to do their job, next thing is that they tell me that the person handling my claim is unavailable.
