BAD SERVICE

Very, very disappointed in FFW. They will look for any excuse not to pay out claims. They rejected my claim because their reason is that the access is higher than the quotes. Why is the excess then so high and an additional R900 is added for lightning strike. The person that was dealing with Zanele is suddenly not available to speak to me. I received feedback from the Call Centre. She could not bother to speak to me. They will find a way to not to pay out claims..
