Bad service

Hi Firstly please change your slogan to First for no Help Really had an emergency today where people actually broke down our gate and door. When I asked if someone could assist your reply to me were. Sorry Sir we cannot assist as the claim department will only be back on Monday. You are useless, even the lady whom I spoke to after asking her a simple question. "If your house was broken into and the locks on the gate and door are broken how would you feel. Reply "Helpless". Exactly how we are feeling having to deal with your company. I can promise you this that I will be canceling my contract with you guys and find another insurance company. Never will I recommend this insurance company to anyone. And I really hope people read this message while doing research on you guys as to warn them of the utter useless insurance company that you are. Please take note I manage to fix the gate. Yes thanks for wanting to send someone. O wait you did not!! Please take note I will be having words with youre claim department on Monday
