Bad service

A few month ago I called first for women requesting a quote for my house holds items including my wedding ring,laptop and also my Samsung watch. I was advised that even if my laptop was not specified it would be covered for accidentally damage if i do not carry it around. My quote was then amended to exclude laptop and wedding ring. A week or two weeks after commencement of contract my laptop fell and screen damage,I then lodged a claim,two weeks later I was informed that my laptop was not covered under unspecified items and that it needed to be replaced. When I disputed that I was told that my laptop was covered I was then requested to send through the first quote I received which I cancelled. First for woman service is truly terrible,first the consultant give u wrong info hence I decided to remove the laptop. Why must I be liable for advice which I was given from them.
