Bad service

i had an accident on the 7 September and i am not happy with the service i am receiving from 1st For Women .i am not being updated about anything and my car is just sitting at the tow company and nothing is being done i have provided all the information to the insurance but nothing no update its been 3 weeks now i called in today to complain and i was promised the manager at the legal department will call me but nothing no call nothing.i have a rented car i must take back in a few days and i am going to be left stranded without a car and insurance is not advising me of anything
